Running - Marathon Training #17
This was supposed to be a tempo run today and I was going to use my Garmin watch to keep me on a steady pace. I thought I had set it for six miles in one hour but I guess it was set for six miles per hour which is of course way too fast so rather than fiddle with it I turned it off. Unfortunately, my iPhone app wasn't quite working. Maybe I've used up my fast data allowance already. I don't know. So, I have no stats for this run other than I ran about six miles. I tried to stay a little bit out of breath. Will have to figure out the watch. I would love it if it would chirp at me when I fall below my desired pace.
It is a beautiful day today, but I was probably pushing the season just a little bit in shorts and a tank. It is 51 degrees now and I've been home for an hour.
